接觸芳療與推拿按摩已有多年,起初純粹出於對天然精油的好奇與喜愛,慢慢深入了解東方經絡與推拿的智慧,發現兩者結合原來可以為身心帶來意想不到的舒緩效果。 I've been exploring aromatherapy and tuina massage for many years, starting from pure curiosity about natural essential oils. Gradually I discovered how combining Eastern meridian theory with Western aromatherapy can bring unexpected relief to the body and mind.
我並非全職治療師,而是以個人興趣與熱誠,為身邊的家人及朋友提供輕鬆舒適的療癒體驗。學習的路仍在繼續,每一次服務都是一次成長。 I am not a full-time therapist — I offer this as a personal passion, serving family and close friends with a warm and comfortable healing experience. The learning journey continues, and every session is a chance to grow.

我相信最好的療癒,往往來自最簡單的方式——一雙手、一瓶精油、一份用心。
以中醫經絡理論為基礎,透過推拿疏通氣血,幫助身體恢復自然的平衡狀態。
運用天然植物精油,透過香氣與皮膚吸收,讓身心情緒得到深層的舒緩與放鬆。
不是走流程,而是真心關心每一位朋友的身體狀況,按需要調整手法與精油配方。

結合精油與全身經絡推拿,深層放鬆肌肉與筋膜,特別適合長期肩頸痠痛或壓力大的朋友。Combining essential oils with full-body meridian massage to deeply relax muscles, ideal for those with chronic neck/shoulder pain or high stress.
⏱ 約~ 90 分鐘mins
針對手腳冰冷、容易疲勞、氣血不暢等情況,系統性地疏通經絡,改善整體狀態。Targeting cold hands/feet, fatigue and poor circulation through systematic meridian clearing to improve overall wellbeing.
⏱ 約~ 75 分鐘mins
配合精油與頭皮穴位按摩,緩解頭痛、眼部疲勞,幫助改善睡眠質素。Using essential oils and scalp acupoint massage to relieve headaches, eye fatigue and improve sleep quality.
⏱ 約~ 60 分鐘mins
透過足底反射區按摩,刺激對應臟腑,舒緩全身疲勞,恢復精神狀態。Stimulating reflex zones on the sole to activate corresponding organs, relieve fatigue and restore energy.
⏱ 約~ 60 分鐘mins呢幾款精油係我日常最常用的,特性溫和,效果顯著,適合大部分人。
🌾 薰衣草 Lavender
萬用精油之選。有助鎮靜安神、緩解焦慮、改善睡眠,對皮膚亦十分溫和友善。
🔮 乳香 Frankincense
有助深層放鬆、沉澱心緒。配合推拿使用效果特別好,讓人進入更深度的休息狀態。
🌿 尤加利 Eucalyptus
清新提神,有助舒緩肌肉痠痛及呼吸不暢,疲勞或感冒初期使用效果明顯。
幾個簡單易找的穴位,平日自己按壓已經有保健效果,隨時隨地都可以做。
虎口位置。按壓可緩解頭痛、牙痛及緊張情緒,係最易操作的萬用穴位。
眉尾與眼角之間的凹陷位。輕柔畫圓按壓,即時舒緩頭痛與眼部疲勞。
肩膀最高點正中。捏壓此穴可迅速放鬆肩頸肌肉,消除久坐的僵硬感。
腳底前三分之一的凹陷位。睡前按壓有助安眠,長期按壓對腎氣亦有幫助。
手法力度會因應個人耐受度調整,初次建議輕柔一點,讓身體慢慢適應。Pressure is adjusted to your comfort level. A gentler technique is recommended for first-timers.
療程前會了解過敏情況,並選用最適合你體質的精油配方,安全第一。Allergy history is checked before each session, and the most suitable oils are selected for your skin type.
懷孕初期及生理期建議避免,或事先告知以便調整手法與精油種類。Early pregnancy and menstruation are generally advised to avoid, or please inform in advance to adjust the approach.
視乎個人狀況,一般建議每月一至兩次作為日常保健,有需要時可增加頻率。Generally once or twice a month for maintenance, with frequency adjusted based on your condition.
唔需要,所有用品都會準備好,你只需要帶著自己來就可以了。No, everything is prepared. Just bring yourself and come with a relaxed mind.
